Mokelumne Hill Town Hall

Town Hall (1903). (8283 Main Street). A community hall has been on this site from the earliest years, with the current Town Hall being constructed around 1903. This basic structure, with some Craftsman elements, was constructed to be used as the Community Hall and Theatre. In 1936, a WPA crew excavated the basement and built a dining room and kitchen. In 1963, the trustees of Mokelumne Hill deeded the Mokelumne Hill Community Hall to the Mokelumne Hill Veterans Memorial District.

The Hall has two floors available for events. The Main Floor has an ADA compliant entrance, a stage, a bar, and men and women’s ADA compliant restrooms. The Hall also has heating and air conditioning. The basement of the Town Hall has a full kitchen and a large seating area. The basement also has heating and air conditioning. There is an ADA compliant ramp to the back entrance of the Town Hall
