Weddings, Family Reunions, Musical Events, Large Scale Fundraisers

     $250 per day/event includes use of Main Floor, downstairs, kitchen area, outside back area

Memorial Services/Funerals

     No cost to locals – Donations accepted

     Non-Locals:  Upstairs Only:  $150.00         

     Downstairs Only:  $150.00

Local Moke Hill Fundraiser Events

      $150.00 (Mokelumne Hill Community Historical Trust, Firemen’s Ball, Gold Rush Days, Etc.)

All Local School Fundraisers: $150.00

Small-Group/Partial Use of Hall

     Upstairs Only:  $150.00

     Downstairs Only:  $150.00

     Hourly Rate:  $20.00

Concerts:  Base rent plus 10 percent of door

Day Before Set-Up:  $75.00

Set-Up of Sound System:  $50 – Under one hour   $100 – Over one hour

Note:  Town Hall rental clerk has discretion on the pricing of events.
